  • What if I'm not currently training for a race?

    Anyone who wants to improve their nutrition around running can benefit from the course material. Whether injured, taking a break from running, or running for fun, you can learn the fueling strategies. They will help keep you healthy, prevent injuries, support hormone health, and so much more.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    How does LIFETIME access sound?! Whether currently training for a race, or planning to run in the future, you can access the course material again and again. You will receive all the updated content for free which includes the most current sports nutrition info at your finger tips.

  • Do I need a Facebook account?

    No, you do not need a Facebook account. You will have access to the video course through Thinkific website. However, discussions, questions, and additional communication with other runners will be located in the exclusive Facebook community.   • Can I join if I don't live in the US?

    Absolutely! Runners have joined from around the world including Australia, Canada, UK, South Africa.

  • What if I'm trying to lose weight?

    The focus of this course is not intentional weight loss. Instead, the information provided will help you have more energy, feel strong, and run faster. As a result, your weight may go down, increase, or stay the same. Focusing on weight loss while training can result in feeling sluggish on your runs, poor recovery, increased risk of injury, burnout, and imbalanced hormones.

  • What if I'm looking for additional support with my nutrition?
