The focus of this course is not intentional weight loss. Instead, the information provided will help you have more energy, feel strong, and run faster. As a result, your weight may go down, increase, or stay the same. Focusing on weight loss while training can result in feeling sluggish on your runs, poor recovery, increased risk of injury, burnout, and imbalanced hormones.
I do offer a higher level coaching program and private 1:1 coaching (limited spots) as well. If you are looking for this type of support, email me at: [email protected] or send a direct message (DM) on Instagram @marathon.nutritionist and let me know you're interested.
