    Ask your individual question on a weekly Q&A Zoom Call. You will receive direct feedback and actionable steps from me, a Registered Dietitian. Unable to attend? Pre-submit your question to get it answered. Q&A Office Hours will be recorded and available for replay.

    These printable handouts supplement the online course. They provide a quick reference so you have clear guidance and actionable steps to help personalize your nutrition as a runner. There are so many great resources from snack and meal ideas, creating a long run fueling plan, plant-based proteins, hydration & electrolyte needs, and so much more!

  • Running Community

    Having a community of like-minded runners working on their nutrition and fueling is one of the best parts! You will have access to a private Facebook community where you can connect with other runners. There will be posts for accountability and support, and opportunities to share ideas and learn from the experiences of others. I will be in the group answering your questions and supporting you along the way!

  • When does the membership start?

    Right now after signing up! When you join you'll get full access to the video course and the private Facebook community!

  • What about cancelations & refunds?

    You can cancel your membership at any time! You will continue to have access to the course and Facebook community as long as you are a member. There are no refunds.

  • What if I'm looking for a higher level of nutrition support?

    You can upgrade to Food Freedom for Runners VIP Program (weekly coaching calls, food log reviews & more individualized support) at any time. The VIP group does require a 3-month commitment.   • What if I'm not training for a race?

    Any runner who wants to improve their nutrition and learn how to better fuel their body can benefit from this membership! This program will help you learn and apply every day fueling and sports nutrition practices whether you are running for fun, cross-training, injured, or training for a big race!

  • Do I need a Facebook account?

    You will have access to the video course through Thinkific and the Q&A Office Hours are through Zoom. However, communicating with other runners, discussions, and accountability prompts will be located in the exclusive Facebook community. Some runners will create a private Facebook account just for the group. You don't need to make it public.

  • Can I join if I don't live in the US?

    Absolutely! Runners have joined from around the world. If you're unable to make the Zoom Q&A Office Hours, you can submit your question prior to the call and the recording will be available for replay. You won't miss out!

  • What if my question isn't listed here?
